Brantford, ON – It is with great sadness that we, the family of Corey Wayne Boucher, of Brantford, ON, and formerly of Bathurst, announce his passing, which occurred after a brief illness on Saturday the 6th May 2023, at the Brantford General Hospital at the age of 44.
Born in Bathurst, NB he was the son of Wayne Boucher of Bathurst NB (Diane Le Cocq) and the late Patricia “Patty” McDonnell Boucher of Belledune, NB.
He is survived by his son, Anthony Norman Boucher of Bathurst (his mother Kayla Christie), his loving sister, Amanda Boucher Phillips (Bea Phillips) of Moncton NB.
His paternal grandmother “Nanny”, Judith Boucher of Bathurst, an aunt, Judy Ann Boucher (Louis Bourget) of Halifax, NS who was like an older sister to him.
Several uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces and nephews.
Once you met Corey he was someone you could never forget. He will be greatly missed by all who loved him.
There will be no visitation at the funeral home. Funeral service will be celebrated on Tuesday the 23rd of May at 11:00am from Elhatton’s Funeral Home Chapel (www.elhatton.com), Bathurst.
