Clara Louisa Vaillancourt
Peacefully at Saint-Vincent Hospital in Ottawa on March 16, 2023 at the age of 89. Predeceased by her parents Henry and Amanda Byce and her beloved husband, Paul Eugene Vaillancourt. She is survived by her children, Madeleine Spottswood (Jim), Paul Vaillancourt (Glenda), Cathy Chaput (Guy), Denis Vaillancourt and Judy Devlin (Randy). She leaves behind a legacy of nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
The family would like to thank the staff of Saint-Vincent Hospital for the kind and compassionate care shown to Clara.
A private family gathering will take place at a later date.
Memorial donations to the Carleton Place & District Memorial Hospital Foundation.
