He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife of 33 years: Shirley (nee. Kennedy); his best friend, and beloved son: Myles (Ashley); brother: Shane (Vanessa); his grandchildren, whom he cherished and adored with his whole heart: Hailey, and Charlotte; his nieces: Kelsey, and Rachael; his aunts: Helen Vincent (Walter), and Phyllis Allen; his best buddy: Rob Walsh; as well as a large circle of brothers and sisters-in-law, other relatives, and many friends.
Chris is predeceased by his loving parents: Gerald and Betty Allen; mother and father-in-law: Jack and Evelyn Kennedy; grandmother: Louise Wilkinson; sister-in-law: Dianne Allen; brothers-in-law: Doug Allen, and Don Byrne; as well as his uncle Aubrey Allen.
As per Chris’ wishes, cremation has taken place. There will be a visitation held on Thursday, March 30th, 2023 at 2 PM in the Country Haven Funeral Home Chapel from where a small family service of remembrance will take place at 3:30 PM with Rev. Jocelyn Cook officiating. Interment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Chris’ memory to a charity of one’s choice.
The family wishes to extend a heartfelt thank you to Dwayne Parsons and the staff of Country Haven for their kindness and support shown during this very difficult time. It is greatly appreciated and will never be forgotten.
