Christina Frances Hurshman
57, of Lakeside passed away on Saturday, April 1, 2023 in the QEII Health Sciences Center. Born in Halifax, she was the daughter of Thomas and Sandra (Beaver) Hurshman, Lower Sackville. Christina was an employee of IMP for 38 years. Survived by her son, John (Stephanie) Burchell, Toronto; daughters, Tiffany (Andrew) Veinotte, New Ross; Sonya Burchell, Lakeside; brother, Tom (Tammy), Beaverbank; 7 grandchildren; niece and nephew.
The family will receive visitors, 4-6 pm Wednesday, April 12, in the Ronald A. Walker Funeral Home, 13549 Peggy’s Cove Road, Upper Tantallon. A committal service will be held at a later date. The family would like to thank the Doctors and nurses of the QE11 palliative care unit 7th floor for their care and thoughtfulness toward the family.
