Passed away at the Lennox and Addington County General Hospital on Thursday, June 22, 2023. Loving mother of Melinda Fretz and Justin Munro (Nicole Hough), grandmother of Damian (Katie), Shana, Alyssa, and Renee, great grandmother of Colten and Maxime. Dear daughter of Barbara Hare and the late Michael Lynch, sister of William Lynch and the late Terry Lynch. She will be missed by her boyfriend Tyler King and his parents Peggy and Charlie.
Private arrangements have been entrusted in Wartman Funeral Home, Napanee.
