Charles Northcote (Charlie/ Cha Cha) aged 74 of Toronto, passed away Friday February 3, 2023 of natural causes.
Charlie was the first son born to loving parents Trudy (Bronse) and Chuck on August 30 1949.
He Graduated from Glendon College at York University and continued to thrive in the theatrical community doing acting, writing, directing numerous plays, TV and film. While acting at the Stratford Festival, his parents visited and decided to retire in Stratford. It was when he honed his vast industry skillset that he formed Core Literary Inc, a career he was passionate about until his death.
When he was not being a multihyphenate, he could be seen on a walk with a larger-than-life pooch on the Danforth, loving his neighbourhood. Charlie was a food enthusiast whether it be enjoying local eats or whipping up something delicious in his own kitchen. His career took him on numerous trips all over the world, but he especially treasured trips to Disney World with family. He enjoyed spending time in the warmer weather in his backyard garden oasis, with some music a coffee and a good book.
Predeceased by both parents, only brother (Mike) and sister-in-law (Lucy) as well as many loved Fur Children.
Cha Cha leaves behind numerous chosen family, game/movie night friends, dog park pals, neighbours, fur babies and his only niece and god daughter Torrie (Morgan). They will all miss his larger-than-life personality, and his infectious laugh.
Cremation to take place, no formal service will be held. Informal celebrations of life encouraged.
