Peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital in Burlington, CarolAnne Smart passed away on May 6, 2023. Beloved wife to the late Dr. John Smart (2023). Loving Mother of Michael and Sandie Smart, and David and Ginny Smart. Beloved Grandmother to Andrew, Meghan, Mitchell and Ashley.
There will be a family service at Grace Anglican Church Cemetery where both John and Carol will be laid to rest. A Celebration of their Lives for friends and family will be held at a later date. The family wishes to thank the staff in the Joseph Brant ICU for their care and dedication given to CarolAnne. Please sign the Tribute Wall.
