It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved mother, Carol, on Saturday, July 15, 2023. She was surrounded by her children, Shari (Bill), Kathy (Allan), Susan (Daniel Freestone), and Rob (Erinna). Loving Grandmother to Kevin, Shaun, and Bill Weir; Matt and Rick Astell; Kaiti and Josh Sanders. Great grandmother to Noah, Sterling, Isaac and Oliver.
Predeceased by her husband, Bill Mullan; parents, Ivan and Everest Whitmore; brother, Harold; sisters, Marion, Doreen, and Verna.
Lovingly remembered by sisters, Betty, Brenda, and brother Danny.
She will be greatly missed by her sister-in-law, Jane Young. Survived by several nieces and nephews.
