Carlos Norman Mullis, the biggest “Calgary Flames Fan,” passed away at Red Deer Regional Hospital Centre on Friday, April 14, 2023 at the age of 57 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his mother, Lou, deeply missed by his father, Richard, and his daughters, Cherilynn and Nichole. Carlos’ family would like to thank the caring Medical Team of Unit 21 for the exceptional care he received during his short stay. They also thank CSS Group Home where he resided, and the ‘EPIC’ team of Cosmos Organization where he spent years of outings, and activities he truly enjoyed. At Carlos’ request, no Service will be held. Cremation entrusted to Parkland Funeral Home and Crematorium, Red Deer, Alberta. Condolences, memories and photos may be shared and viewed at www.parklandfuneralhome.com.
