July 5, 1954 – February 1, 2024
Ethel Priddle (Piercey) passed away peacefully at Carbonear General Hospital on February 1, 2024 at the age of 69 after a short battle with cancer.
Predeceased by father William, mother Elsie, brother Frank, sister Marjorie (Dehanne), brother-in-laws Albert Pitcher and Arthur Ghent, sister-in-law Susie (Piercey) and partner Tom Lahey.
Leaving to mourn with loving memories son Craig, daughter-in-law Lisa, grandchildren (her pride and joy) Andrew and Julia, partner Melvin Pinhorn, sisters Annie Pitcher and Shirley Ghent. Her extended Lahey and Pinhorn families; Joanne, Lisa, Sharon, Pauline, Paula, and Bradley along with their partners and children, her beloved kitties; Mittens, Cuddles, Sammy, and Garfield.
A special thank you to the Doctors and Nurses at 5SB at the Health Sciences Centre, along with the Emergency department and 6th floor Nurses and staff at Carbonear General Hospital. Your compassion will never be forgotten.
Cremation has taken place. Visiting hours are Monday, February 5, 2024 from 2:00-5:00p.m and 7:00-9:00p.m at St. Mary’s Anglican Church in Hearts Content. Funeral service will be Tuesday, February 6, 2024 at 11:00 am. All current arrangements are weather pending.
