Passed peacefully away in the presence of his loving family at Dr. A. A. Wilkinson on Thursday, April 4, 2024, Bob Young of New Chelsea, age 75 years.
Predeceased by parents: Wilmore and Winnifred; brother: David.
Leaving to mourn, wife: Bertha; two daughters: Sherry (Andre) St. Pierre and Becky (Sheldon) March; son: Jason (Trina); four grandchildren: Alex, Tristan, Jack, and Chelsea; sister: Judy Young; sister-in-law: Nadeen Young; special caregiver: Kim Carnell; also a large number of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
When Bob suffered a major stroke ten years ago, at the age of 65, which affected his mobility and quality of life, he always focused on the positive. He made it his sole purpose in life to bring joy to everyone around him with his quick wit and sense of humor. He had a joke or a story to anyone who cared to listen and loved making people laugh.
Celebration of life to take place at New Chelsea Community Centre on Sunday, April 7, 2024 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m.
