It is with great sadness that we the family of Sylvia Gilbert(nee Gosse) announce her peaceful passing at Meadow Creek Retirement Home, on Monday, November 13th, 2023, at the age of 82.
Leaving to mourn with fond and cherished memories, Husband of 63 yrs, Fred, Son Terry(Joan), Elaine(Dean) and grandson Joshua, sisters Phyllis (john) and Rita; as well as a large circle of extended family and friends.
Sylvia lived a life filled with many social activities, specifically her commitment, dedication and devotion to St. John The Baptist Church of Whitbourne. She will be missed by family, friends and all that had the pleasure of knowing her.
Resting at Holloways Funeral Home, Whitbourne.
Cremation has taken place and Visitation from all those who wish to attend is Sunday, November 19,2023 2pm -5pm and 7pm-9pm.
A celebration of life and remembrance will be held on Monday, November 20,2023 at ST. John The Baptist, Whitbourne, at 2pm.
Rest easy, we will love and miss you forever. Terry, Joan, Elaine, Dean ,Joshua, Nathan, and the love of her life Fred. xo
