It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our loved one, surrounded by his loving family, on August 16th, 2023 at The Health Sciences Centre, St. John’s, Kevin Whalen age 61.
Predeceased by his father Edgar Whalen, brother Dennis Whalen and sister-in-law Elaine Chaulk.
Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his wife Diane, fur baby Abby, mother Millie Whalen, sisters; Asseneth (Bill) of Lumsden, Judy (Tony) of St. John’s, sister in laws; Janice Whalen, Judy (Ken) Marshall, Janette (Herman) Brown, brother in laws; Howard (Linda) Sweetland, Scott (Sandra) Sweetland, Sid Chaulk, nephews; Gordon Stockley (Carolyn), Dwayne Stockley (Lonni), nieces; Jessica Kean (Austin), Kristen Chaulk (Zachary), Courtney Crowell, Elizabeth Kean (Jarvis), and a large circle of other relatives and many friends.
Public visitation will take place at Kittiwake Funeral Home , Pound Cove
Sunday, August 18th, 2024, 7PM – 9PM, Monday August 19th, 2 PM – 4PM and 7PM – 9PM
