William Francis St. Croix
May 20, 1934 – May 15, 2024

In Loving Memory of William St. Croix
On May 15th 2024, surrounded by his loving family, William (Bill) St. Croix, aged 90, bid farewell. He now rests in eternal peace, reunited with his precious wife of 62 years, Winnie.
Bill is predeceased by his parents William and Harriet, brothers Adrian (Stella), Michael (Maureen), and Frank (Rita), sisters Carmel and Mary (Hamp), grandson William Morrissey and foster son Andrew Gulliver.
A legacy of love and warmth, Bill leaves behind a vast and devoted family who will forever hold him in their hearts. His children, Jacki, Wanda (Jim), Wynne Ann (Ronnie), Bill (Lori), Fabian (Carol), Susan (Don), and Paulette (Gerald) share both sorrow for their loss and deep love for their father.
In his enduring memory, he leaves his grandchildren: Jimmy (Laura), Michael (Megan), Dayna (Steven), Tara (John), Jennifer (Adam), Megan (Tony), Kaytlyn (Jordan), Barry (Nikki), Brendan, Ashley, Adam (Karla), Jessica (Lindy), Candis (Travis), Curtis, Amanda (Lloyd), Juanita (Mark), Brianna, and Jennifer Weir. Moreover, his legacy will continue through great-grandchildren Kiera, Wyatt, Rory, Emmi, William, Tony, Margo, Henry, Blair, Carmen, Katie, Avery, Harper, Emily, Evelyn, Ellie, Jessica, Daniel, Autumn, Kaylee, Matthew, Brandon. He was Skipper to each and every one of them.
Bill will be dearly missed by his siblings Bren (Peg) and Edward (Bernice), sisters-in-law Marg, Kathleen, Doris, Betty (Joe), Paula, and Joan, brothers-in-law Andre, Aiden (Madeline), and Roy as well as his chosen family Lucy Drew, Maddie Tremlett, Rick Brushett. Lifelong friends Lorraine Edney, Tom and Jean Doyle, John Murphy, Bob and Roxanne Rideout mourn the loss of a dear friend.
A man of profound kindness, wisdom and unwavering love, Bill left an indelible mark on countless lives. His children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were loved and cherished in his heart. Together with Winnie, they fostered a strong family bond at their cabin at Hell Hill. Bill’s ability to treasure the beauty of simple moments, nurture relationships, pursue passions, and leave lasting imprints on the sands of time will forever be a guiding light for those fortunate enough to have known him. One of his greatest passions was recycling, which he engaged in long before it became fashionable. He valued everything and wasted nothing, freely sharing what he had with others. If Bill had it, it was yours for the taking. The money he collected was returned in gifting to others. He supported youth initiatives like the Girl Guides and the Army Cadet movement, where he and his wife Winnie were made honourary cadets in recognition of their immense contribution to the program. Bill and Winnie were lifelong members of the St. Kevin’s Choir, where they forged and nurtured numerous friendships.
May Dad rest in peace, knowing that his legacy of love will forever illuminate the hearts of those privileged to have shared in his presence. He is now reunited with his soul mate Winnie; together they will dance till eternity.
