Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of Norman Billard announce his passing in his 81st year. Predeceased by his parents Norman & Nance (Breen), Sister, June Marie, Brothers, James, William, Edward, Leonard and his loving parents-in-laws Stanley and Estella Glynn, and Sister-in-law Amelia.
Leaving to mourn with wonderful memories and a lifetime of love, his wife of 57 years, Rosemary, Son Chris “Murray” Billard, Daughter-in-law Nadine, beautiful granddaughter Christina, and Son Stephen.
His Sister Carol and brother-in-law Paul Penton, Brother David and sister-in-law Gwen, sisters-in-law, Queenie, Joy, Regina, and Clara. Brother-in-law and best friend David Glynn and sister-in-law Shirley, many Nieces and Nephews. Also, many dear friends, from Tuesday and Thursday dart leagues at the legion in Mount Pearl, and the Justina Center in Logy Bay-Middle Cove-Outer Cove, Monday afternoons at Park Place in Mount Pearl, The Mount Pearl Seniors independent group members – Coffee and breakfast buddies at Tims and A&W.
We would like to Thank our Family Doctor, Dr. Brentnall, Doctors and Staff at the cancer clinic, especially, Dr. Ahmed, and Dr. Thoms. Thank you Dr. Noreen Fardy and the palliative care team at the Miller Center, and Linda from community health for all your care and kindness.
Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road on Monday from 2 p.m. – 9 p.m.
Funeral Service to take place from Caul’s Chapel on Tuesday, November 26, 2024 at 11 a.m. with inurnment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
Flowers gratefully accepted, or donations may be made in Norman’s memory to the Dr. A. Bliss Murphy Clinic.
