Passed peacefully away on February 21, 2024, Mary Angela Power formerly from Brigus South at St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital at the age 74, surrounded by her loving family and friends.
Predeceased by her father and mother Melvin and Clara Power; sisters: Theresa Baker (Ed), Catherine Evans (Bill); her brothers: Kevin, Billy, Peter, Angus and Melvin.
Left with loving memories her brother Leonard (Noreen); sister Margaret Rose Kenny (Carl); sisters-in-law: Francis, Josephine and Alexis; numerous nieces and nephews – including special nieces Valerie, Justina, Christa and grand-niece Lindsey; as well as a large circle of friends and extended family who were by her side.
Special thank you to the doctors and nurses on 7 East St. Clare’s Mercy Hospital for their care and compassion to us all during her six week stay.
Visitation to take place from Caul’s Funeral Home, 84 LeMarchant Road, on Sunday, February 25, 2024 from 11am-2pm, followed by a funeral service at Caul’s Chapel at 2:00pm. Inurnment to take place at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, donations in Mary’s memory may be made to the Lung Association NL
