January 28, 1937 – May 17, 2024
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Margaret Viola Hibbs (nee Spencer) on May 17, 2024 at the age of 87.
Marg is predeceased by her husband, Brendan Joseph, son, Brendan Sean, granddaughter, Nicole Christina, mother and father, Matilda and Thomas, brothers Fred, Hubert, Ralph, sisters, Myrtle, Marie and Joan.
Leaving to mourn with loving and heartfelt memories her children; Keith (Toni), Debbie (Dave), Tina (Scott) and Michelle (Paul) as well as her beloved grandchildren.
Marg was known for her ability to play a great hand of cards, with her quick wit and laugh she could put anyone “in the hole”. She will be forever remembered for her sense of humor and the love she felt for her family.
Thank you to the Palliative Care Program and Comfort Home Care for their help and support over Marg’s last weeks.
Mom, you will be greatly missed but your love and caring over the years and the memories we made together will remain with us always.
As per Marg’s request cremation has taken place and burial will be a private ceremony with family.
