Joseph Paul (Joe) Farrell

Joseph Paul (Joe) passed away peacefully at St. Patrick’s Mercy Home on Tuesday, June 4th, 2024, age 89 years.
Predeceased by his parents James and Agnes (Dunn); brothers Michael, Edward, Patrick, Robert, Gerry and Philip; sister Mary Davis; nephews Robert Farrell and Patrick Farrell; niece Jamie Cathy Farrell.
Leaving to mourn a very large circle of nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great-great nieces and great-great nephews.
Joe was a lifelong resident of Paradise, growing up on the family farm established by his grandparents, Mike and Catherine Farrell. In August 2021, Farrell’s Point Lookout was dedicated to the Farrell family by the Town of Paradise on recognition of their years of farming and supporting their community.
The family would like to thank the staff of St. Patrick’s Mercy Home 1 South for their exceptional care the past 5 years.
Resting at Caul’s Funeral Home, LeMarchant Road. Visitation on Thursday, June 6 from 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. and Friday, June 7 from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. – 9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at 10 a.m. from St. Edward’s Parish (formerly St. Thomas of Villa Nova Parish), Manuels.
