John (Jack) William Power
October 7, 1933 – May 24, 2024

We’d like to celebrate the life of John (Jack) William Power who passed peacefully away on Friday, May 24, 2024.
Left to mourn are his daughters Arlene, Jacqueline (Randell); and son Michael (Jill); 7 grandchildren & 11 great-grandchildren. Also leaving one brother, Michael; and 3 sisters: Mary, Patricia and Arlene; and many nieces and nephews, extended family and friends.
Jack was a military veteran who lived in 4 provinces, Germany, and the Middle East, and was a proud member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 1. He lived life to the fullest, loved music and travelling but most of all – he loved his family.
Special thank you to the collaborate clinic and Palliative Care Team of Torbay.
Funeral Mass will be held from St. Teresa’s Church, Mundy Pond Road, on Friday, May 31, 2024 at 9:30am, with inurnment to follow at Mount Carmel Cemetery. There will be a reception held at the Blackmarsh Road Legion following the cemetery. All are invited for refreshments and to share memories of Jack.
