Harriet Peters
June 18, 1930 – June 15, 2024

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, just short of her 94th birthday.
Harriet (“Hackey” to her friends and family) will be lovingly missed by her children: Stephen (Jo- Ann), Yvonne (Terry), Ruthie, Bruce (Shelley), and Heather (Rocky); her grandchildren: Adam (Angie), Amberlea, Sean (Lindsay), Erin, Ryan (Brittney), Lisa, Joshua, Brooke, James, Cole, and Cassidy; as well as her sixteen great-grandchildren and numerous nieces & nephews. She will also be fondly remembered by her large extended family and friends.
She is pre-deceased by her husband Abraham (2011), her son Michael (2020), and her grand- daughter, Rachael (2011). She is also pre-deceased by her parents (Gilbert and Harriet Graham), and her siblings (Evelyn, Leslie, Cyrus, Rachel, Sam, Shirley, Russell).
Cremation has taken place. A celebration of her life will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, we encourage you to make a donation to the Agnes Pratt Nursing Home in St. John’s, NL, or to the Canadian Alzheimer Society.
A special heart-felt thank you to the Southview staff at Agnes Pratt for your kindness and care.
