Passed suddenly, but peacefully away at the Health Sciences Centre in St. John’s, NL on Wednesday, June 5, 2024, Frederick (Freddie) Snook, aged 46.
Predeceased by his parents, Fred and Anne Marie Snook, sister Lynette Morris and brother Kenneth Day, as well as other relatives.
Leaving to mourn with grieving hearts; brother Paul, sister-in-law’s Stacy (Whittle) and Judy (Day), brother-in-law Perry Morris, special nephews Zander and Blake; as well as a large circle of aunts, uncles, and cousins.
The family wishes to express their gratitude to the Dialysis Unit staff for their outstanding care over the past four years. They also extend their heartfelt thanks to the ICU staff, particularly to nurse Patricia, who made the compassionate gesture of playing his favorite music in his final moments.
Freddie was a diehard Toronto Maple Leaf’s fan and a collector of sports memorabilia.
Cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held in Harbour Breton, NL at a later date.
