The family announce the passing of Mary Louisa Lucas surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, March 31st, 2024 at the Bay St.George Long Term Care Centre at the age of 92 years.
She leaves to mourn with many loving and precious memories: sons: Amos (Lorraine), Clarence, Gerard (Lorie), Ambrose (Tammy), Jeff, Glen (Giselle), Dwayne (Brenda), and Stuart (Darlene); daughters: Linda (Bill), Bertha, Sylvia (Don), Julie (Kevin) and Phyllis (George); brother Lindsay (Bernice); sisters: Harriet, Marilyn and Eileen (Effie); and sister-in-law Anne; as well as a very large circle of grandchildren, great grandchildren, extended family and friends.
Louisa was predeceased by: her mother julia Scott, father Ambrose Billard, husband Joseph , daughter Leona; brothers: Ambrose, Levi, Clarence, and Winter; and sisters: Margaret, Geraldine and Gladys.
Following her wishes cremation has taken place and a graveside service will be held at a later date.
