Wells C. (Skip) Lewis, 80, of Branchport, NY passed away on March 14, 2024. Born in Horseheads to the late Kenneth and Edna Lewis. After graduation he served in the U.S. Air Force, after which he graduated from Rochester Business Institute and Ferris University in Big Rapids, MI. Skip owned Penfield Plastics Inc., and founded CCMI Inc. in Geneva, NY.
Skip is survived by his wife, Margaret. Sons, Ryan (Nichole) of New Fairfield, CT and Anthony (Michelle) of Branchport, NY. Grandchildren, Cole and Grace (CT), Lakelyn and Lincoln (Branchport). Also survived by several sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law, several nieces and nephews.
His favorite joys in life were his family, Keuka Lake, boating, fishing, golfing, fine dining, traveling and enjoying his many friends.
A Celebration of Skip’s Life will be held on June 1, 2024 at 3 PM at the Valley Inn on Guyanoga Rd, in Branchport, NY.
Contributions in Skip’s memory can be made to Keuka Comfort Care Home, 35 E. Lake Rd., Penn Yan, NY 14527.
