Struzinsky, Lisa Erin, 53, of Pine City, NY, passed away Sunday, March 10, 2024. She will be remembered for her kindness towards others and the warmth she brought to those lucky enough to know her. Lisa was a devoted lover of animals. This passion shaped her collegiate studies, her career as a veterinary technician, and her adoption of and care for animals of all shapes and sizes. Her talents were many but often hidden, such as her ability to devour hundreds of pages reading in a single day and make others smile with her unique take on life. Her devotion to friends and family was shown with simple, kind acts: the gifting of homegrown horseradish, as a companion for a quiet wooded hike, or as someone that would listen without judgment. She is survived by her husband, Eric Fogelberg; her parents Karel and Sandy Struzinsky; her brother Mark; and many dear, extended family. She is missed, loved, and will not be forgotten. Donations in lieu of flowers can be made in her honor to Horseheads Community Animal Shelter or Planned Parenthood. Memorial services are undetermined. Arrangements are entrusted to LYNCH FUNERAL HOME 318 WEST BROAD STREET HORSEHEADS, NY 14845.
