It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Raymond Farrell of St. Bernard’s announces his passing. Raymond passed away at the Carbonear General Hospital in Carbonear on Sunday, May 19, 2024 at the age of 75.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his sisters, Dorothy Hodder of St. Bernard’s, Zita Hynes of Jacques Fontaine and Rita Hackett (Felix) of St. Bernard’s; brothers, Austin Farrell of Ontario, John Farrell (Elaine) of British Columbia and Leo Farrell (Doreen) of Terrenceville; nieces and nephews; plus a large circle of extended family and friends.
Raymond was predeceased by his parents, Bridget & Leo Farrell; niece, Cora Farrell; and brothers-in-law, Gerard Hynes and Edward Hodder.
In honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.
A graveside service will take place at the old Sacred Heart R.C. Cemetery, St. Bernard’s on:
Friday, May 24, 2024 at 2:30pm.
In Raymond’s memory, in-lieu of flowers donations may be made to Sacred Heart R.C. Parish, St. Bernard’s.
