We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of Neville Winston Dalley of Lewisporte at the age of 84.
Neville passed away surrounded by his beloved wife, Faye and his five children that he loved dearly
Neville is predeceased by his parents Franklin and Edna Dalley (Curlew); sister Marilyn Courtney; parents-in-law Daniel and Vera Smith; brothers-in-law, Lloyd Smith, Reginald Smith, Daniel Smith, Cyril Dodge and Charles Courtney.
Left with loving memories his wife of 61 years Faye (Smith); children, Lori (Gary), Brad (Sherri), Kerry (Debbie), Stephen (Melody) and Angie (Glenn); siblings Angus Dalley (Marlene), Edgar Dalley (Joan), Carilyn McBurney (Bill), Ellen Jones (Larry), Jennifer Dalley (Brian); in-laws Craig Smith (Tammy), Eugene Smith (Florence), Judy Barnes (Bob), Alma Smith and Evelyn Dodge; He was so proud of his many grandchildren and great grandchildren and the legacy he leaves behind.
Neville devoted 30 years as a fisheries officer with the Department of Fisheries and Oceans. He was an avid lover of the outdoors and his many trips on the salmon rivers.
He will be profoundly missed by his family, friends, and all those who had the privilege of knowing him. His memory will live on in those he loved, and who loved him in return.
The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to all of those who cared for him, especially in his final days.

In keeping with his wishes cremation has taken place.
Public visitation will take place from Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home 262 Main Street, Lewisporte on Wednesday, August 21, 2024 from 2-4 & 7-9 PM.
The funeral service will take place from St. Paul’s Anglican Church, Lewisporte, on Friday, August 23, 2024 at 11 AM. Interment will then follow at the St. Paul’s Anglican Cemetery, Lewisporte, NL.
Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Gordon Woolfrey Funeral Home, 262 Main Street, Lewisporte, NL.
