It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Marie Alma Doris Wells on Saturday, November 16th, 2024 at the Connaigre Peninsula Health Care Centre, age 80 years, of Seal Cove.
Marie leaves to mourn her loving family: husband, Roland of 61 years married; sons, Murray (Donna) and Bruce (Margie), all at Seal Cove; special granddaughter, Brittany Wells (Jeff Tucker) at St. John’s; great grandchildren, Emerson Tucker and Reese Tucker; brothers, Junior (Bessie) at Seal Cove and Stephen (Marie) at Hermitage; sisters, Maxine (Raymond Loveless) at Grand Falls-Windsor and Marilyn (Cyril Loveless) at Seal Cove; as well as a circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
Marie was predeceased by her parents, Joseph and Muriel Loveless and her parents in law, Gordon and Winnie Wells.
Visitations took place on Sunday, November 17 and Monday, November 18 at the Salvation Army Citadel, Seal Cove.
Funeral Service was held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 at 2:00pm at the Salvation Army Citadel at Seal Cove with Aux. Capts. Randy and Diane Kirby officiating. Interment followed at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Seal Cove.
