It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Regina M. Barry of Marystown announce her passing. Regina passed peacefully away at the Blue Crest Nursing Home in Grand Bank on Wednesday, January 17, 2024.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her husband Thomas “Junior” Barry of 35 years; daughters, Pamela Whittle (Brad) of Slave Lake, AB and Christina Barry (Kirk Baker) of Marystown; grandchildren, Jacob, Chloe, Ella and Charlie; sisters, Laura Denty (Brad) of Boat Harbour, Valerie Bourne (Ken) of Ottawa, Bernice Thornhill of Marystown, Alice Lundrigan (Andy) of Parker’s Cove and Anita Lambe (Wayne) of Mount Pearl; brother, Mike Synard (Rita) of St. John’s; step-brothers, Jim Synard, Jerome Synard and John Synard; step-sisters, Sheila Whittle and Lucy Pardy; plus a large circle of relatives and friends.
Regina was pre-deceased by her daughter, Michelle; son, Ryan; father, Michael Synard; step-father, Alphonsus Synard; and niece, Shelley Ann Denty.
Cremation has taken place.
The Barry Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Homes, Marystown on
Monday, January 22nd
10am – 12noon
2pm – 4pm
Funeral Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Marystown on Tuesday, January 23, 2024 at 10:00am. Inurnment will follow at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Marystown.
