It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Kevin Kelly of Mooring Cove announces his passing. Kevin passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin on Tuesday, November 28th, 2023, at the age of 68.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his wife Belinda of 44 years; daughter, Amanda Taylor (Mark) of Calgary, AB; grandchildren, Jacob and Owen; sisters, Mary Kelly (Jim) of Mooring Cove and Gloria Hanrahan of Little Bay; brothers, Glen Kelly (Wanda) of Mooring Cove, Bill Kelly of Mooring Cove, Ambrose Kelly (Lillian) of BC, Anthony Kelly of AB, Dave Kelly (Melissa) of AB and James Kelly of AB; brothers-in-law, Alonzo Brake of Mooring Cove, Ellison Newport (Ada) of Seal Cove and Don Newport (Jean) of BC; sisters-in-law, Sheila Penney (Clyde) of Charlottetown and Elaine Hickman of Grand Bank; special homecare workers, Heather O’Keefe, Terry Miller and Cody Edwards; plus a large circle of relatives and friends.
Kevin was predeceased by his parents, James & Ernestine Kelly; sister, Alice Kelly; parents-in-law, Lloyd & Mary Newport; and brothers-in-law, Jimmy Hanrahan and Howard Hickman.
In honoring his wishes, cremation will take place.
The Kelly Family will be accepting visitors at Wiseman’s Funeral Home, Marystown on
Friday, December 1st
2pm to 4pm
7pm to 9pm
Mass of Christian Burial will take place at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Marystown on Saturday, December 2nd, 2023 at 10:30 am. Inurnment to follow at Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Cemetery, Marystown.
In Kevin’s memory, donations may be made to a charity of ones choice or flowers gratefully accepted.
