MURPHY, John (Jack)
Passed away peacefully on October 1, 2012. Beloved husband of 61 years to Betty. Loving brother of Mary Belle (Harry) Mavin, the late Arthur (Shirley) and Clyde and brother-in-law to Lorraine (Jack) Folkes. Lovingly remembered by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and a large circle of relatives and friends. Many thanks to the ICU team (2nd floor) at Sunnybrook for all their care and kindness.
MURPHY, Betty Doreen
Passed away peacefully, with the love of her family in her heart, on September 4, 2023. Predeceased by her husband John (2012). She will be greatly missed by her extended family members and dear friends in Toronto, Bowmanville, Peterborough and in Newfoundland.
A Celebration of Life for John & Betty will take place at Wiseman’s Funeral Home, Grand Bank on Tuesday, October 17th, 2023 at 11:00 am with inurnment to follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery – Grand Bank.
