It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Evelyn Alice Ereaut of Grand Bank, NL announces her passing. Evelyn passed away at the Blue Crest Nursing Home in Grand Bank, NL on November 15, 2024 at the age of 78.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her Children, Vince Ereaut (Leona) of Carlton Place, ON, Andre Ereaut (Melissa) of Kingston, ON; 6 grandchildren, Mitchel, Haley, Tamara & Landon, Chad (Mallory), Andrew (Lindsay); sisters, Rita Warren (Paul), Elizabeth Durnford (Sam); brothers, Dave Harris (Marion), Eric Harris (Janet); step-children, Frank Newport (Joan), Rick Newport (Rhonda), Suzanne Stroughair (Ian), Lori Hannam (Greg), Russell Follett (Grace), Step-daughter-in-law, Donna Newport; 13 step-grandchildren; 7 step-great grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Tom Lundrigan, Dennis Legge, Lorne Newport (Ann); sisters-in-law, Minnie Harris, Eloise Newport, plus a large circle of extended family and friends.
Evelyn was predeceased by her partner Obe Newport; parents, George & Irene Harris; Step-mother, Ida Harris; son, Rod Ereaut; sisters, Marie Lundrigan & Frances Legge; brother, Albert Harris; step-daughter, Holly Follett, step-son, Jim Newport.
The Ereaut Family would like to express a special thanks to Patsy Price for her care and compassion to our mom throughout the 11 years working with her and caring for her.
