It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Chesley Price of Fortune announces his passing. Chesley passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre in Burin on Wednesday, March 27, 2024 at the age of 82.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his wife, Margaret of 62 years; daughter, Kim Green (Glenn) of Burin; sons, Darrin Price (Charmie) of Kamloops, BC and Daryl Price (Alma) of Sparwood, BC; grandchildren, Jillian (Adam), Stephanie (Wayne) and Ethan; great-grandchildren, Connor and Payton; sisters, Edith May (Gord) and Susanne Thornhill (Wayne); brother, Gord Price (Elaine); plus a large circle of extended family and friends.
Chesley was predeceased by his parents, Gladys & Philip Price; baby sister, May Price; sister, Irene Drake (Isaac) and brother, Cyril Price.
In honoring his wishes, cremation will take place and a private funeral service and inurnment will be planned.
In Chesley’s memory, in-lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation.
