Phyllis Jean Drover (nee Mootrey) passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 4, 2024 in her 94th year. She was predeceased by her husband William (Bill) Drover, husband of 48 years. Phyllis leaves to mourn her 6 children – Rick (Judy), Wayne (Glenda), Terry (Sandy), Carl (Roxanne), Cindy (Dana) Davidson and Tim (Krista). Along with11 grand children and 15 great-grandchildren.
She also had many nephews and nieces as well as a very large circle of friends.
Phyllis and Will (Bill) came from large families. Bill had 7 siblings and Phyllis had 12. She was the last of the 21plus their mates in this generation.
The Drover family will be receiving friends at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Clinic Drive, Deer Lake, Saturday,between 2-4 PM and 7 to 9 PM. A memorial service will be held at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Bennett Drive, Deer Lake at 2 PM Monday, April 8, 2024. There will be a slide showing at 1:30. This memorial service will be on Zoom.
