Obituary
It is with heavy hearts that the family of the late Janette Hull announce her peaceful passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit on Friday, November 17, 2023 at the age of 74 years. Janette leaves behind to mourn her beloved husband of 55 years, Jim; her dearly loved children, Jeffrey (Corrine) Hull Kevin (Elizabeth-Ann) Hull. As nan, she also leaves behind her adored grandchildren Olivia, Sarah, Sophia, Ethan and Aaron. She also leaves to mourn her sisters Judy Wells, Donna James-Dobbin, Lorna Wakely, Tammy Cornick and her devoted dog Oakley. Janette was predeceased by her eldest son Jeremy, her parents Elizabeth and Wilfred James, and her sisters Barbara Marshall and Sharon James, and her dog Bentley. Janette found great joy in her family and her faith in God through Jesus Christ, her Lord and Saviour. She glowed with pride when speaking about each and every one of her children and grandchildren. She was known by many names: Janette, mom, nan, cherished sister and dear friend…responding to each with love and compassion. Her family will cherish the memories of her devotion, jovial laughter, and caring soul.
The family would like to thank the palliative care unit for their exceptional care and support during Janette’s stay. Friends may visit Pasadena Pentecostal Church on 4th Avenue in Pasadena on Sunday November 19th between the hours of 2:30 – 4:30pm and 7:00 – 9:00pm. The funeral service will be held at the Pasadena Pentecostal Church on Monday November 20th 2023 at 1pm with Pastor Bill Cole officiating. Flowers graciously accepted or a donation in Janette’s memory can be made to Missions through the Pasadena Pentecostal Church.
