It is with great sadness that the family of Dianne L. Alexander announce her passing at the Western Long Term Care Home Palliative Care Unit on Monday, November 4, 2024 at the age of 73 years.
Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband: Jeryl; sons: Andy and Stephen; daughter-in-law: Lesley; grandson: Maxwell; granddaughter: Alaura; brother: Dean Burton and wife Cindy, son Matthew and daughter Andrea; sisters: Judy Burton (Ross Fudge), Ellen Penney (Wilf); sisters-in-law: Donna Burton and Desirêê Alexander; brother-in-law: Mike Alexander and wife Olga, son Kristian and Nicole.
She was predeceased by her parents: Charles and Louise Burton; brothers: Charlie (Junior) Burton, Glenn Burton; and parents-in-law: Andrew and Wilhelmena Alexander.
A visitation will be held for family and friends at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Tuesday, November 5th from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9pm with prayers to conclude the evening visitation. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to The Heart & Stroke Foundation or The Canadian Cancer Society.
The family would like to give special thanks and gratitude to the staff of the Western Long Term Care Homes Palliative Care Unit.
