Passed peacefully away at her home in Pasadena, Denise Burton on Saturday, November 23, 2024 at the age of 67 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband George; sons: Jeremy (Jeffrey) and Scott; her fur baby “Buddy”; brothers: Brian (Charlotte), Bill (Jackie), Brent (Grace) and Brad; sisters-in-law: Doreen, Sadie (Blaine), Annette (Wayne) and Andrea (Peter); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Horace and Edna Hookey, sister Marina. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Wednesday from the hours of 12:00-2:00 p.m. from where the funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Canon Tanya White officiating. Cremation will follow. As expressions of sympathy, donations may be made to the family.
