Obituary
It is with heavy hearts the family of the late Cyril Dawson Sweetapple announce his peaceful passing on December 20th 2023, at the Western Long-Term Care, Corner Brook. Cyril leaves to mourn, with fond and loving memorie, his daughters Gail Coady and Derrice Knight. Four Grandchildren; Emma, Gina, Lydia and Jordan. 5 Great-grandchildren; Leah, Noah, Kellen, Isla and Kate and soon to be born baby Payne. Also, a large circle of other relatives and many friends.
Cyril is pre-deceased by his wife; Madge Sweetapple (Nee Gullage), his parents and siblings.
The family wishes to express a heartfelt thank-you to loving staff of the Western Long-Term Care, Balsam View House for the compassion and care he received during his stay.
Cremation has taken place, there will be no visitation or funeral service at this time, but will be announced at a later date. No flowers by request, instead a donation in Cyril’s memory can be made to the Salvation Army Temple Corps, O’ Connell Drive, Corner Brook, NL. Or to a charity of one’s choice.
