It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Barbara Ann Barter announce her passing at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook on March 27 at the age of 76 years.
She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Samuel Robert Barter; her sons Raymond and Todd. grandchildren: Brooklyn, Brayden , Cody; brothers Partick & Wilf McCarthy and a large circle of nephews, nieces, other relatives and friends.
Barbara was a kind and loving person. She was a wonderful wife and mother.
She was predeceased by her parents Emma and Leonard McCarthy; sisters: Lolly Lucas, Elizabeth White and her brother Leonard McCarthy.
As expressions of sympathy, donations in her memory may be made to a “Charity of One’s Choice”.
Respecting Barbara’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
Church service on Thursday, April 4, 2024, 10:00 a.m.at the Assumption Parish Church, Stephenville Crossing with Fr. Edmund officiating. Inurnment to follow at the Roman Catholic, Brook Street Cemetery, Stephenville Crossing.
Funeral arrangements has been entrusted with Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing, NL.
