Obituary
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Allister E. Tiller announce his passing on Monday, April 29th, 2024 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 88 years. He passed peacefully, and will forever be remembered as one of the most kind hearted, sweet, and calm men we all knew.
He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife: Audrey; children: Jerry (Paulette), Paula (Jermey), David (Sheri), Kimberley (Phil), and Mark (Kelly); grandchildren: Janice, Kelly, Meaghan, Kelsey, Jack, Sarah, Alex, and Matt; two great-grandchildren: Lilly, and Luke; his siblings: Stuart (Mildred), Blanche (George), and June (Cec); as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and long-term friends.
Allister is predeceased by his parents: Fred and Matilda; and siblings: Ellis, Raymond, and Jean.
At his request, cremation has taken place. There will be a celebration of life held on Monday, May 6th, 2024 at Country Haven Funeral Home from the hours of 7-9 PM. There will be no formal funeral service at this time. Interment to take place at a later date. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, a donation can be made in Allister’s memory to the Western Memorial Regional Hospital.
