April 28, 1949 – March 11, 2024
It is with sadness and relief that the family of the late Alex Hoyles announce his passing on March 11, 2024, at the age of 74 years.
Alex leaves behind his wife Gail; sons Duane (Kim) and Darren (Holly); grandsons Cohen and Callen; siblings Brenda, Wade (Diane), Todd (Donna), and Sherry (Rick); siblings-in-law Guy (Marie), Barbara Jean (Wilbert), Judy, Arlene (John), and Arliss (Judy).
He is predeceased by his parents Eileen and John; brother Leonard; parents-in-law Annie and Milton; and brother-in-law Ace.
Visitation will take place at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake on Friday, March 15, 2024, from the hours of 2:00-4:00 pm and 7:00-9:00 pm.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2024, at 2:00 pm from Emmanuel Pentecostal Church, 45 Bennett Avenue, Deer Lake with Pastor White officiating. Interment to follow at the Deer Lake Interdenominational Cemetery.
