It is with great sadness that the family of the late Pleman Wallace Wheaton announce his passing at the James Paton Memorial Health Care Centre, Gander on Thursday May 30, 2024 at the age of 77 years.
He was predeceased by his parents Reginal and Doris Wheaton and brothers-in-law: Ford Collins and Boyd Collins.
He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 58 years, Clara; sons: Peter (Janice), Grant (Karla), Shane (Kyla); grandchildren: Savannah, Stephanie, Devon (Mel “Missy”), Danielle (Boyd), Carter; great grandchildren: Revan, Grayson, Isla; Sister Ivy Collins and also a circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In keeping with Pleman’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
The family will be receiving friends at Bethel Pentecostal Church, Carmanville on Sunday June 2, 2024 between the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. from where the funeral service will take place on Monday June 3, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. officiated by Pastor Tracy Freake with interment to take place at a later date.
As expressions of sympathy, flowers are accepted or donations in Pleaman’s memory may be made to a charity of ones choice.
