Passed peacefully away at Carbonear General Hospital surrounded by her loving family on Friday, October 6, 2023, Michelle Rose of Carbonear, at the young age 44 years. She was one of the strongest, most determined and courageous women you could meet.
Predeceased by grandparents: Edmound and Olive Rose, Angus and Alma Crummey; uncles: Lloyd Rose and Melvin Crummey.
Leaving to mourn her beautiful loving daughter: Jade Jane who was her inspiration; parents: Gordon and Vera who stood by her side through thick and thin; sister: Cheryl (Michael) Taillefer who cared and comforted her in her final days. Holding her hand until the angels surrounded her and took her to heaven; two nieces: Alyssia and Amanda; nephew: Spencer; best friend: Sheryl Wilcox who was her rock and stood by her side till the end; two furry friends: Fluffy and Pixie; also a large number of other relatives and friends.
Many thanks to the 6th floor staff, 3rd floor Chemo staff, Dr. Dawn Howse, Dr. Powell, and especially Darren who could always make her smile of Carbonear General Hospital for their compassion and continued care.
