It is with broken hearts that the family of the late Timothy Murray of Marystown announce his passing at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on Wednesday, June 12, 2024 at the age of 83.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are his wife Gladys of 50 years; sons, Darren (Alicia) Murray and Dwayne (Manuela) Murray; daughter, Darlene (Corey) Noftall; 6 grandchildren, Steven, Maeghan, Nathan, Brooklyn, Kyle and Ava; sisters, Mary (John) Ledwith, Margaret (Reg) Isaacs, Helen (Art) Fitzpatrick, Vera Myles, Esther Kean; brothers, Mike (Norma) Murray, Jim (Cathy) Murray, Larry (Gladys) Murray, Gerard Murray; sisters in law, Marjorie Murray, Priscilla Murray, Merille Murray; plus a large circle of relatives and friends. A special thank you to homecare worker, Pauline White.
Timothy was predeceased by parents, Michael and Loretta Murray; parents in law, Harry and Francis Kearley; sisters, Regina (Pius) Brake and Bride (les) Hennebury; brothers, Gord Murray, Frank (Anna) Murray, Ray (Pat) Murray, Tom (Doreen) Murray, John Murray and Joe Murray; brothers in law, Rick Myles and Dick Kean.
Resting and visitation to take place from Wiseman’s Funeral Home, Marystown on
Friday, June 14th from
2:00pm to 4:00pm
7:00pm to 9:00pm
Funeral Mass to take place at Sacred Heart R.C. Church, Marystown on Saturday, June 15th at 10:30am. Inurnment will take place at a later date.
In keeping with Timothy’s wishes, cremation will take place.
In Timothy’s memory, donations may be made to the family or flowers gratefully accepted.
