It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ella Parsons of Marystown announces her passing. Ella passed away at the Burin Peninsula Health Care Centre on Friday, July 19, 2024 at the age of 81.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of wonderful memories are her son Randy (Velma) Parsons and daughter Rhonda (Shawn) Barry; 4 grandchildren, Andrew (Laura), Robert (Kerri), Ashleigh, Joshua (Christina); 5 great-grandchildren, Brayden, Julie, Madelyne, Benjamin, Theodore; brothers, Max Bonnell (Greta), Clyde Bonnell (Marilyn), Roy Bonnell (Dianne); plus a large circle of extended family and friends.
Ella was predeceased by her husband, George Calvin Parsons (1974); parents, Bert and Hilda Bonnell; parents in law, George and Mary Parsons; partner, Lester James Blagdon; sister in law, Martha Bonnell and special grandson, Calvin Barry.
As per Ella’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
Inurnment to take place at St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Cemetery in Lamaline on July 25th at 1:00pm.
In Ella’s memory, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Mary the Virgin Anglican Cemetery Fund.
