With loved filled hearts we announce the passing of Murley Velora Percy (nee Parsons) aged 94 years, daughter of James and Julie Parsons.
Predeceased by her loving husband, John B. Percy and sons Robert and Eric, sisters, Stella Percy, Gladys Webber, Rita Tuttle, brothers: James Eugene and Rudy.
Leaving to mourn sons, John (Yvonne), Eugene (Hilda), Dexter (Janet), daughters . Tina (Frances), Dana (Lloyd), Elizabeth (Dale), sister-in-law, Joan Parsons. Murley was blessed with 14 grandchildren, 17 Great Grandchildren and , 5 Great Great Grandchildren..
Murley was a loved and well respected member of her community. She greeted all with a smile and conversation. She respected everyone for what they were and had a kind word for everyone. Her smile and witty character will be greatly missed. God Bless. Rest in Peace.
Resting at Broughton’s Funeral Home, Brigus.
Visitation to take place on Friday, October 6 , 2023 and Saturday , October 7 2023, from 2-4 P.M. and 7-9 P.M.
Funeral to take place on Sunday, October 8, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. from Broughton’s Memorial Chapel, Brigus.
Interment to follow in the United Church Cemetery, English Town.
