Peggy Faulkner- Burridge

It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Peggy Burridge (nee Faulkner).
She is predeceased by her husband, Wayne Burridge; her parents Katie (nee Tremblett) and Jack Faulkner.
Leaving to mourn with a life time of happy memories are her partner in life, Augustus Sheppard, her children Chad (Elizabeth), Shane (Colleen), and Catherine (John). As well as her beloved grandchildren, whom she adored, Victoria, Laura, Caroline, and Emily. As well as her siblings Eugene (Marjorie), Mary (Cliff), Roy (Elva), Nancy (Sylvain) and Rodney (Rowena) all of whom she loved spending time with.
Peggy loved being a Mother & especially a Grandmother and she always saw the beauty in the simplest things in life like a cool sea breeze in the summer and the softly, falling snow in the winter. Peggy faced many hardships in life with strength and unwavering character. She will be deeply missed by all those that had the privilege of knowing her.
Visitation will be held at Strathies Funeral Home, Bonavista, on Thursday, July 25 and Friday, July 26 from 2:00-4:00pm and 7:00-9:00pm.
Funeral service will take place at Elliston United Church Saturday, July 27 at 11am, with internment to follow
at Elliston United Church Cemetery.
Flowers are gratefully accepted or a donation to your local SPCA as she was a lover of animals.
