It is with profound sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Jessie Mouland on Nov. 30th, 2023 at the age of 84 years.
Jessie was born to Fred and Alfreda Ayles of Bonavista, on July 30th, 1939. Jessie married the love of her life Hedley Mouland on May 9th, 1958 and together they had two children.
Everyone who met Jessie loved her; her kindness, empathy and her loving spirit made each person feel special. Jessie had great love for life and a strong faith in God.
Being connected to Jessie meant knowing you were treasured and deeply loved. She wasn’t shy to tell you every single moment she had the chance. She taught us to cherish the people around us. If only everyone did that, life would be so much better and brighter.
Family held a special place in Jessie’s heart and her love for them knew no bounds. Nothing brought her greater happiness than her 3 grandchildren.
The world has truly lost one if its sweetest souls with Jessie’s passing but her spirit will live on in our hearts forever.
Leaving to mourn with a lifetime of memories are, her husband of 65 years, Hedley, daughter Brenda, son-in-law Dave, son Fred, daughter-in-law Paula, granddaughters Lorrie Ann and Jada, grandson Jake and extended family and friends.
Cremation has taken place, family will hold a private family service and inurnment at a later date.
