Mrs. Barbara Jean Brown of Tilton passed peacefully away at the Pte. Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear on Monday, June 3, 2024. Mrs. Brown was 85 years old. Barbara lived a full life in Ontario and Newfoundland with her husband Angus where they were devoted to the care and support of their daughter, Dale.
She leaves to mourn her loving family:

Grandchildren: Sara Maria & Alycia
Siblings: Bill (Sybil) Earle, Jack (Betty) Earle, Doris (Roy) Moores, Mildred (Charlie) Sheppard, & Christine (Bob) Jones
Brother-in-law: Harold Chubbs
Sister-in-law: Ruth Brown
And a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends…

The family would like to extend a special thank you to Janice Batten for her kindness and support she showed their mother, as well as the staff of the Private Josiah Squibb Memorial Pavilion, Carbonear for their loving care they provided throughout her stay.

Funeral service will take place at 11 A.M. on Saturday, June, 8, 2024 from All Saints Anglican Church & Cemetery, Tilton.
