It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Pou Slew Israil, who departed this life on August 31, 2024, at the age of 87. Born on July 1, 1937, he was a beloved figure whose warmth and wisdom touched the lives of many.
Poules cherished his role as a devoted husband and father. He is survived by his beloved wife Shoony, who stood by his side through life’s many journeys. His legacy includes his son, Abd Al-Masih, and six caring daughters: Anussa, Madlin, Amera, Samira, Iman, and Dina. Each of them carries forward the values he instilled in their hearts – love, resilience, and compassion.
Poules is also predeceased by his cherished daughter, Suzan.
Throughout his life, Poules was known for his kindness and generosity, embodying the spirit of community and family. His presence will be deeply missed but forever celebrated by his family and friends. As they navigate this profound loss, they find comfort in the countless memories shared and the love that he cultivated in their lives.
