It is with heartfelt sadness that we announce Mary LaRiviere passed away on December 30, 2023, at the age of 94 years, in Meadow Lake, SK. Mary was born on August 7, 1929, in Knee Lake, SK.
Mary is survived by her loving children Celina(Noel), Peter(Bernice), Lawrence(Louise), Rita(Lawrence), Fredrick(April), Bobbe; adopted sons Alphonse Janvier(Shannon), John D’Jonaire(Sandra); her heart, her grandchildren Douglas, Stephen (Roxanne), Gabrielle, Olivia, Rick, Jonathan, Lanny (Danielle), Renee, Adam, Michael, Jerimi (Jay), Joel, Scott, Tahnea, Rina, Lawrence( Chantal), Laura (Randal), Lindsay, Shyanna, Jareon, Kyle; daughter-in-law Rheda Maurice; sister-in-law Mary Rose Campbell, Margaret Sandypoint, Pat D’Jonaire (Albertine), Veronica Apesis (Rod); godchildren Alfred Dawatsare (Cecile), Rose Sylvestre (Lawrence), Joey Paul( Joannie), Emilien Maurice (Kat), Katy Campbell (Jayme), Lillian Aubichon (Hilton); and numerous great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
Our loving Mother was predeceased by her loving husband Gabriel; children Rose (Etienne), Clara (Norbert), Lillian (Ovide) Noel, Robert, Jackie; grandchildren Nancy, Austin, Ayla; great granddaughter: Sierra; brother JB Sandypoint; baby sister Cecilia Sandypoint; parents Noel & Sophie Sandypoint; in-laws Archie & Lucia LaRiviere, Samuel D’Jonaire (Veronic), Pierre (Mathilda), John (Christine), Felizine (Alfred), Agnes (Joe), Christine (Eugene).
Wake Service will be held on Monday, January 1, 2024, at the William Apesis Hall.
Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, January 4, 2024, 2:00 pm., at St. Louis Roman Catholic Church, Patuanak, SK. Interment to follow.
